How do I submit my profile for review?
Once all information has been uploaded or updated and checked, click ‘SEND FOR REVIEW’ (Top Right).

What is checked in the QA review?
Each and every profile that is created or edited comes through Atom for review by our expert team. It is this Quality Assurance (QA) process that sets Atom content apart from the others. We are reviewing your profile to ensure it will perform best on our partner distribution websites. Areas that are reviewed are:
- Eligibility & compliance against National Standards
- Removal of any duplicate profiles
- All contact information is correct, and URLs or social links will send consumers directly to your channels
- Fixing of spelling, grammar and accuracy (making sure your description is written in third person language)
- Reviewing your photos and videos against our criteria so they will be best displayed on partner websites
- Validating and applying applicable accreditation, membership, Star Ratings or awards
- Checking your organisation details correct
- Confirming the automated locations including, LGA, area and region have been applied to enable correct destination promotion
- Adding additional value add admin information such as tags and activities.

What is the Quality Assurance process?
In Quality Assurance, we check your profile to make sure it meets our high standards for optimal performance on partner websites. This includes checking eligibility and compliance with national standards, removing duplicate profiles, verifying correct contact information, fixing spelling and grammar, reviewing photos and videos against our criteria, applying relevant accreditation or awards, confirming accurate organizational details, validating automated locations, and adding value through tags and activities.
How long does it take to approve my profile?
Profile approval typically takes up to 2 business days. Atom's Customer Success team manually reviews and optimizes each profile for distribution. After the review, your profile will either be approved for live release or you'll receive an email with suggested amendments to meet Atom's content guidelines.
How soon will updates to my profile appear on Distributor channels?
If you're creating a new profile, allow 3 - 5 business days for this content to appear on your STO or RTO websites. Updates to existing profiles may take 2-3 business days.

Why have I received a request for profile improvement?
Your profile just needs some adjustments based on our review. Don't worry, it's a standard part of our process to meet content requirements. Log in, read the comments, make necessary changes, and resubmit for review. Most profiles get approved after this step.
