How regularly should I update my profile?
At a minimum every 12 months, but we recommend quarterly to keep your profile fresh with the seasons.
Who else has access to update my profile?
Your State Tourism Organisation (STO) has access....
In some instances, our RTO partners are able to edit profiles for those businesses or events that fall within their membership. In doing so, we're ensuring customers have access to consistent and accurate information.
And lastly some accreditation bodies or membership organisations have access to modify the accreditation and membership status of your profile.
