What must my password include?
For additional security, your Atom passwod must have at least 8 characters, including:
- 1 upper case letter;
- 1 lower case letter
- 1 number; and
- 1 symbol.
How to I change or reset my password?
If you are already logged in, simply:
If not logged in, on the log in screen go to the Forgot password link, and this will send you an email to step through the password reset process.
I've received a request to reset my password that I didn't generate, what do I do?
If you have received an email to reset your password if could be someone trying to gain access to your account. We recommend you log in and update your password accordingly.
