# Engaging Videos

 

### Can I upload Videos to my Atom Profile?

Boost your SEO, increase engagement and immerse potential customers in your experience by featuring up to 10 captivating videos on your profile. Like your photos, arrange your videos by dragging and dropping them, with the Starred video being your primary video.  

For best outcomes for your business, select videos showcase your offering while also inspiring connection and an emotional desire to experience what you have to offer. Take the viewer on a storytelling journey. Consider local stories, traveler experiences and a glimpse into the loction. 

To meet Atom Video requirements ensure your videos:   
\- Do not contain advertisements.  
\- Are between 30-90 seconds  
\- Are publicly available on YouTube or Vimeo.  
\- Are good quality

To include a video on your Atom profile, you will first need to upload it to either YouTube or Vimeo. Paste the video URL into the 'YouTube or Vimeo URL' field in Atom and click 'Add'. 

  

### Why won't my video upload?

Video upload issues on Atom often stem from privacy settings on your YouTube or Vimeo account. If your video is set to private, it won't be viewable across our distribution network, impacting the viewer's experience on your profile.   
Overcome this by ensuring your video settings are set to public by logging into your YouTube or Vimeo account.   
If you're not the video owner, contact them to request an update to the settings and seek permission for video usage.
